There is so much information on your Nissan Blue Vin tag, but what do all the codes mean?
Your blue tag, located on the firewall of your car gives all the build information of your vehicle, including, the make, model and transmission type your car came out of the factory with.

The first line is associated the the model of the car. This will usually be the chassis code.
For example. E-BNR32 - R32 GTR.

The second line is associated to the Chassis Number. This is also located on the firewall of the car to the right of the vin tag.
For example. BNR32-12356

The third line is associated to the Model code of the car. This shows the spec option of the car including options such as V-Spec etc
For example. KBNR32RXFS AA

The fourth line is associated with the colour and trim of the car. The first 3 letters "326" is your paint code, and the last letter is the Trim code, depending on the spec of your interior. The majority of the skyline years had G trim.

The fifth line is associated to the engine type and CC of the engine.
For example. RB26DETT 2568

The sixth line is associated to the transmission and the diff codes. This identifies what gearbox you have, manual or auto, and your diff with the ratio it has.
For example. FS5R30A RC41

The seventh line is associated to the plate number on where the vehicle was produced. Majority of the time for the skyline, this would be plant 5.
